Cape Quality Seafood Restaurant and Market was established in late 1997 by Mark Bergeron and Sonny Stanley. The two friends changed the seafood business by taking the fish unloaded at their own dock, processing it at their plant - Bergie's Seafood - and delivering it fresh to customers' plates at their own restaurant and market, Cape Quality Seafood.
