Fall River Industrial Park

Fall River Industrial Park is an industrial park on 425 acres, hosting more than sixty companies which employ over 5,000 people. Businesses that are established in the Industrial Park include Phillips/Lighollier, American Dryer and Blount Seafood as well as companies in the textile, programming, storage and pharmaceutical industries. The tenants host to over 12,000 business visitors annually. The park is located off of Route 24 in the North of Fall River.

The Fall River Industrial Park Association (FRIPA) is a volunteer organization that aims to create and maintain a pro-business climate in the Fall River Industrial and Commerce Parks to the benefit of its members, and to be a responsible member of the greater Fall River community.
