Donated to the Unitarians in 1904, the Unitarian Memorial Church has no two carvings are alike on the 32 pews, pulpit, organ pipe cases, choir screen or doors.
The Unitarian Memorial Church is located on historic Green Street the church was donated to the Unitarians in 1904. The main aisle is sixty-two feet long and six feet wide. All woodwork is English bog oak and no two carvings are alike on the 32 pews, pulpit, organ pipe cases, choir screen or doors.
The tower of the church is over one hundred and sixty-five feet high made of sparkling granite and carved limestone. There are one hundred eighty granite steps leading to the tower. In the tower, is a finely adjusted D Chime of eleven bells. At the south entrance to the sanctuary are the great bronze doors. Rich in design, each leaf is solid bronze and weighs 2 1/4 tons.
